Whose Kingdom Are We Building?

This week, we continue our series, Quest for a King, in the book of 1 Samuel. In chapters 9-11, we are introduced to Saul, whom God has chosen as king for His people. Saul embarks on a journey to find his father’s donkeys but ends up meeting Samuel, who anoints Saul as king. The Spirit of God rushes upon King Saul, and his humble beginning as Israel’s new king starts with defeating the Ammonites.
